Orders and payment

By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This website does not collect payment card numbers. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. See our cancellation policy and subscription policy for billing and cancellation. Service and subscription fees are non-refundable except where the subscription policy provides a pro-rata refund.

Returns, shipping, and warranty

Physical-product returns, refunds, and shipping are described in our return policy, refund policy, and shipping policy. Shirt Tucker products carry a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. That warranty is described in the return policy.
