Privacy Policy

Last updated Oct 22, 2026

This privacy policy explains how Kinor LLC ("Kinor," "we," "us") handles personal information on kinorpartners.com, the Kinor Partners website. Kinor LLC is a company in Los Angeles, California, United States.

This policy covers kinorpartners.com only. If you follow a link to another website, including one of our brand sites, that site's privacy policy applies there.

On this page:

Information you give us

We collect personal information you choose to send us. We do not ask you to create an account on this website, and this website does not collect payment card numbers.

Contact forms

The contact page form asks for your name, email address, company or website (optional), and message. The free-audit form on the homepage asks for your name, email address, and message. When you submit either form, your browser sends those fields to FormSubmit, which emails them to info@kinorpartners.com. A hidden field on the form helps filter spam. Do not type anything into a field you cannot see.

The free-audit window on the contact page does not send data to our server. It opens an email to info@kinorpartners.com in your own email app. We receive the name, email, and message only if you send that email.

Scheduling

The contact page includes a scheduling widget from Calendly. Loading that page lets Calendly receive technical data such as your IP address and browser. If you book a time, you also give Calendly the name, email address, and meeting details you enter. Calendly's privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.

Please do not send government ID numbers, payment card numbers, health information, or account passwords in a form or email. If you do, we will use that information only to reply, and we will delete it when we no longer need it for that reply.

Email

If you email info@kinorpartners.com, we keep your email address, the contents of the message, and any attachments so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation. That includes order, return, and warranty messages.

We use that email address to respond to you. Contacting us does not sign you up for a marketing newsletter. This website does not run an email marketing list. If we ever send marketing email, it will include a way to opt out, and you can also opt out by emailing us.

Analytics and other scripts

As of the date at the top of this page, the third-party tools below are the ones this site loads. We do not load a Meta (Facebook) pixel, TikTok pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Pinterest tag, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or any other advertising pixel.

Google Analytics 4, on every page

Every page can load Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-H6T60VVJ27, from googletagmanager.com. We use it to count visits and see which pages people use. It is not an advertising tag. We have not added a Google Ads tag, and we do not use this tag to build audiences for ads on other sites.

When the tag runs, Google receives usage data such as the pages you view, the page you came from, the approximate area derived from your IP address, your browser and device type, and a cookie identifier. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga so it can recognize a browser from page to page. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

We skip this tag when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. See that section below.

YouTube, only on pages with a video

Two pages embed YouTube videos in an iframe from youtube.com: Shirt Tucker wear directions and Amazon seller video resources. When the player loads, YouTube may receive your IP address and set its own cookies. We do not control YouTube's cookies.

PatchDesign, only on the designer pages

The AI Patch Designer and the related designer page load a script from patchdesign.ai. That tool runs in your browser. PatchDesign's own privacy policy describes what that script does.

What we do not collect automatically

We do not collect precise GPS location. We do not read your contacts. We do not use a chat widget on this website.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Reply to questions and provide the services or products you asked about
  • Handle orders, returns, shipping questions, and Shirt Tucker warranty claims
  • Measure how the site is used, with Google Analytics, so we can improve it
  • Filter spam and protect the site from misuse
  • Keep records we need for taxes, accounting, and legal claims
  • Comply with law and respond to valid legal process

We do not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects or similarly important effects about you, such as decisions about credit, housing, employment, or insurance.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and emails for as long as we need them to answer you, keep a record of the inquiry, and meet legal or accounting duties. When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or remove the details that identify you. Google stores analytics data for our property under Google's retention settings for that property.

How we share information

We share personal information with these parties, and only for the reasons in this policy:

  • FormSubmit, so it can email us the contact form and homepage audit form you submit
  • Google, when Google Analytics loads, for the measurement described above
  • Calendly, when you open the contact page or book a meeting
  • YouTube, when you open a page with an embedded video
  • PatchDesign, when you open a designer page
  • Advisors, such as lawyers or accountants, when they need the information to advise us
  • Authorities and other parties, when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights, our customers, or the site
  • A buyer or successor, if we sell, merge, or reorganize the business and personal information is part of that transaction

We do not share contact-form data or email addresses with advertisers.

Sales and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which some laws call "sharing" or "targeted advertising."

We do not load advertising pixels. The only sitewide tracker is Google Analytics, and we use it to measure our own site. Google still processes that usage data under its own terms. You can limit Google Analytics with the choices below, and we do not load it at all when your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

Our privacy choices page states the same opt-out in short form.

Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a signal some browsers and extensions send to websites. If your browser sends GPC, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sale of personal information, the sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, and targeted advertising itself.

Because this site does not sell or share personal information that way, the signal does not turn off a sale. It does change what we load: when we see GPC, we do not load Google Analytics on that visit, and that visit does not set a new analytics cookie. Cookies already stored in your browser stay there until you clear them.

GPC does not remove the Calendly widget, YouTube players, or the PatchDesign tool. Those load only on the pages that use them, because they are the feature on that page. Their own policies describe their cookies.

We do not respond to the older "Do Not Track" browser signal. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are not the same. To learn how to turn on GPC, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

Your choices

  • Skip analytics on this site. Turn on Global Privacy Control, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may not stop an embedded video or scheduling widget from receiving your IP address.
  • Opt out of sale or sharing. Email info@kinorpartners.com with the subject line "Privacy request," or use GPC. There is no separate sale to turn off, and we will not start selling or sharing your information.
  • Email. If you do not want us to keep emailing you about a conversation, tell us in a reply. We will still send messages we need to send about an order, a return, or a legal duty.
  • Decline to provide information. The contact form needs a name, email, and message so we can reply. If you do not want to provide them, do not submit the form. You can still read the site.

US state privacy rights

This section is for residents of US states that give these rights, including California under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA). Not every right applies in every state. We will not deny a right your state gives you.

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you the categories of personal information we collected about you, the sources, the purpose, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to
  • Give you a copy of the personal information we have about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information we collected from you
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising

We will not discriminate against you for making a request. We will not charge a different price or offer a different level of service because you exercised a right.

If we deny a request and your state lets you appeal, we will tell you how to appeal. You may use an authorized agent where your state allows it. We may ask for proof that the agent may act for you, and we may ask you to confirm the request.

How to send a request

Email info@kinorpartners.com with the subject line "Privacy request." Say which right you want to use, and include the email address you used with us. We may ask you to confirm that you control that email before we act, so we do not disclose information to the wrong person. We will respond within 45 days. If we need more time and the law allows it, we will tell you, and we may take up to 45 more days.

Categories we collect

The chart below describes our practices now and for the 12 months before the date at the top of this page. We do not sell or share any of these categories.

  • Identifiers. Name, email address, and company or website, from forms and email. Disclosed to FormSubmit and, if you book a meeting, Calendly. Purpose: to reply and keep a record.
  • Customer content. The message you write, and order numbers you include. Disclosed to FormSubmit when sent by form, or kept in our email. Purpose: to reply, fulfill, and handle returns or warranty claims.
  • Internet activity. Pages viewed, referring page, approximate location, browser, device, and a cookie identifier, through Google Analytics when that tag loads. Disclosed to Google. Purpose: to measure and improve the site.
  • Professional information. Company or website, if you choose to provide it. Same recipients and purpose as identifiers.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, precise location, payment card numbers, or health information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

California Shine the Light

California Civil Code section 1798.83 lets a California customer ask which third parties received certain personal information for those third parties' own direct marketing in the prior calendar year. We do not share personal information for third parties' own direct marketing. To ask anyway, email info@kinorpartners.com with the subject line "Shine the Light Request," your name, and a statement that you live in California.

Nevada

Nevada residents can opt out of the sale of certain covered information for money. We do not sell personal information. To send a request, email info@kinorpartners.com with the subject line "Nevada privacy request."

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child under 13 gave us personal information, email us. We will delete it.

Security

We serve this site over HTTPS. Access to the messages we receive is limited to people who need them to do their work. No method of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise that personal information will never be accessed, disclosed, or lost.

Other sites

Pages on this site link to other websites and embed tools from YouTube, Calendly, and PatchDesign. We do not control those services. Their privacy policies, not this one, describe what they do with information after you leave kinorpartners.com or interact with their embedded tool.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. The new version applies from the date we post it.
