Return & Refund Policy

Physical products

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return an eligible physical product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items should be in their original, unused condition. To start a return, email oz@kinorpartners.com with your order number.

Our Shirt Tucker products are also backed by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product fails under normal use within the warranty period, contact us for a replacement.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approved refund, which is issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping may be the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Services and subscription plans

Fees for services and subscription plans are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. You may cancel a recurring plan at any time as described in our cancellation policy; your plan remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
