1. What is your approach to Amazon management?

We act as your fully outsourced Amazon department, focused purely on maximizing your top-line revenue and long-term sustainable growth.

2. Will you build and design our Amazon Brand Store?

Yes, creating and optimizing your professional Amazon Brand Store is a core included service.

3. Are there any hidden fees or charges outside the plan cost?

No. All included services are covered by the plan fee. Custom or unusual requests are priced separately, but this is always communicated and agreed upon beforehand.

4. Does your service include inventory or fulfillment management?

Yes, both FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) fulfillment support are included in our services. We also assist with Demand Planning.

5. What is the process for onboarding a new client? 

We start with a strategic overview of your business to understand your product portfolio, competitive landscape, and the Amazon opportunity. We then build an execution plan and gather necessary assets from your team.

6. Who at Kinor Partners will be my main point of contact? 

You will be assigned a dedicated Executive Strategy Lead who manages your account and ensures clear communication during strategy calls.

7. Do you guarantee specific sales results?

No. We operate on a "best effort" basis. Success depends on various external factors (e.g., market competition, product quality, Amazon policy changes), so we cannot guarantee specific sales volumes or profit margins.

8. How does the Enterprise Plan ($500/month min.) billing work?

You pay the greater of two amounts: 10% of your gross monthly Amazon sales OR a minimum base fee of $500/month. This aligns our success directly with yours. For more details see here: Enterprise Plan Page

9. What is included in the Pro Plan's $2,000 retainer?

The Pro Plan is a continuous growth retainer for ongoing expert management and execution. It includes services such as product optimization, A+ content, monthly reporting, and executive strategy calls. For more details see here: Pro Plan Page

10. Why is the Basic Plan priced at a $15,000 sale price?

The Basic Plan is focused on a heavy initial Launch & Optimization Package, covering critical setup actions like account setup, brand registry, brand store, and initial optimization. For more details see here: Basic Plan Page

11. How often am I billed for the subscription plans?

All recurring plans (Pro and Enterprise) are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless you formally cancel.

12. How much time will my team need to commit?

We deliver execution end-to-end with minimal involvement from your team. You only need to provide necessary legal, marketing, and operational information when requested. The heavy-lifting will be done by us. Your team will be pulled in to provide business-specific or product-specific details, leverage any existing imagery assets, etc.

13. What happens if I need to cancel my subscription?

You may cancel with written notice, and your subscription will conclude at the end of the current paid billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

14. What is your liability if a problem arises?

Our liability is strictly limited to the total fees you paid to Kinor Partners during the three months immediately preceding the event that caused the claim.

15. Which Amazon marketplaces do you currently support?

We primarily focus on the US and Canadian Amazon Marketplaces (Amazon.com and Amazon.ca). Support for other international markets can be discussed under the Enterprise Plan.

16. How do you handle Amazon Advertising and PPC campaigns?

Advertising management is included in the Enterprise and Pro Plans. We initiate the Amazon flywheel with a focus on a recommended spend of 10% of sales at 2.5x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

17. How long does it take to see results on the Amazon channel?

Initial results vary based on the product and market, but we focus on establishing strong product pages and initiating the Amazon flywheel immediately. Our goal is sustainable growth, not quick fixes.

18. Do you assist with new product research and launches?

Yes, New Product Research and Merchandising Strategy are included in our scope to help you develop and grow your offerings on the marketplace.

19. What is a "material breach" that would allow me to terminate the contract?

A material breach is any significant failure by Kinor Partners to execute the core services promised in the agreement, or a failure to correct a major issue after being notified.
